DOCUMENT WE WILL NEED

From applicant:

  1. Moy Solution application form.
  2. Original passport valid for a minimum of 36 months.
  3. A minimum of 3 months of KITAS validity is required upon submission to immigration.
  4. Personal NPWP (Tax Filing Number).
  5. PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document.
  6. Limited Stay Permit Card (Kitas) proving that the applicant has lived in Indonesia for the last 3 years.
  7. SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).

From the company (PMA):

  1. Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
  2. Evidence of share ownership of at least Rp15,000,000,000.00 (fifteen billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company listed
  3. Ministry of Investment/Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
  4. Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of the company.
  5. Tax Registration Number (NPWP) of the company.
  6. OSS documents (NIB, Ijin Lokasi, Ijin Usaha).
  7. Copy of shareholders’ passports or Indonesian ID cards (KTP).
  8. Company letterhead and company stamp.
