E28A – GENERAL INVESTMENT/INVESTMENT KITAS (EXTENSION)

The E28A – General Investment/Investment KITAS (2 Years, Extension) allows foreign investors already residing in Indonesia to extend their temporary residence permit for an additional two years. This extension requires updated documentation, proof of ongoing investment activities, and compliance with government regulations. DOCUMENT WE WILL NEED

  1. PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document.
    The passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months.
  2. A recent colour photograph.
  3. A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD 2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
  4. Evidence of share ownership of at least Rp10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) or equivalent in the guarantor company listed in the Ministry of Investment / Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board.
  5. Ministry of Law and Human Rights Decree regarding the legalization of the establishment of the company.
  6. The company’s current account for the last 2 (two) months.

  1. Single entry/Multiple entry E-visa.
