DOCUMENT WE WILL NEED

From applicant:

  1. Original passport valid for a minimum of 36 months.
  2. A minimum of 3 months of KITAS validity is required upon submission to immigration.
  3. Recent passport-style color photo (digital format).
  4. Copy of University Degree Certificate or relevant qualification/ experience.
  5. Place of work in Indonesia (Region).
    Job title/ position.
  6. Limited Stay Permit card (KITAS) proving that the applicant has lived in Indonesia for the last 3 years.
  7. SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).

 

From the company:

  1. Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
  2. Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of the company.
  3. Tax Registration Number
    (NPWP) of the company.
  4. OSS documents (NIB, Ijin Lokasi, Ijin Usaha).
  5. Copy of shareholders’ passports or Indonesian ID cards (KTP).
  6. Company letterhead and company stamp.
  7. Log in to TKA Online & Visa.
  8. Online (If a company has been registered).
