C312 – WORKING KITAS 1 YEAR (NEW)

The Working KITAS C312 (1 Year, New) is a temporary work permit issued to foreign nationals employed in Indonesia for up to one year. DOCUMENT WE WILL NEED

  1. The passport that is valid for at least 18 (eighteen) months.
  2. A recent colour photograph.
  3. A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD 2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
    Indonesian company formation documents.

Additional Requirements for Working KITAS Under Own Sponsorship:

  1. ID card of accompanying local workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia/TKI).
  2. Salary amount.
  3. Work location and confirmation of office presence if the location is outside the company’s registered address.
    Employment contract.
  4. WLKP account information.

  1. Single entry/Multiple entry E-visa.
