C312 – WORKING KITAS 6 MONTHS (EXTENSION)

The Working KITAS C312 (6 Months, Extension) allows foreign nationals already working in Indonesia to extend their temporary work permit for an additional six months. This extension requires continued sponsorship from the Indonesian employer and submission of updated documents, including a valid work contract and government approval. The extension enables the holder to legally continue working and residing in Indonesia without interruption. It is ideal for foreign employees whose employment contracts have been renewed or extended for short-term assignments.

DOCUMENT WE WILL NEED

  1. The passport that is valid for at least 18 (eighteen) months.
  2. A recent colour photograph.
  3. A personal bank statement showing a minimum equivalent amount of USD 2000. The statement must cover the last 3 months and include your name, the date, and the account balance.
    Indonesian company formation documents.

Additional Requirements for Working KITAS Under Own Sponsorship:

  1. ID card of accompanying local workers (Tenaga Kerja Indonesia/TKI).
  2. Salary amount.
  3. Work location and confirmation of office presence if the location is outside the company’s registered address.
    Employment contract.
  4. WLKP account information.

Additional information for applicant applying INSIDE of Indonesia:

  1. Single entry/Multiple entry E-visa.
